From the first year in our home—while everything was still under warranty—our AC unit never worked properly. I reported the issue multiple times, explaining that the upstairs was consistently hot and humid, despite the system running. Each time, their team came out and dismissed the problem, simply saying the vents were open and pointing out that some cool air was coming through. Our build was completed in February 2022 and we already have a roof leak. We reached out to K Hov who denies any responsibility and won't even send someone out to look. Update: the roof is now leaking in 2 spots, dripping water all over the floors. We have had 2 roofers come out to look at the issue and both have said that the vents were installed incorrectly, causing the issue. K Hov refuses to accept responsibility. Avoid this builder at all costs.

Not sure how they have 4 out of 5 stars. We’d give no stars if we could. Working with them has been one of the worst experiences of our lives. They have made our lives very stressful for 14 months. We repeatedly told them what we wanted in our house and they repeatedly messed it up all along the way then blamed us for it. They ordered us the wrong lights put them in the wrong locations.
