awesome company.
This company is rubbish when it comes to the sales and customer support, the sales team of KHov especially Tracy Riffey of Alto Homes we had a worst experience and they did not guide us in a proper way which resulted to have the earnest money stuck and we were in a bad situation.
The experience started off good but ended with me being dissatisfied. K Hovnanian should not pressure the buyer to choose options in the Design Center before the buyer has an approved loan. This is how they capitalize from buyers who put down a deposit for the Design Center without prior loan approval and they wouldn't refund the deposit especially when the home is still under construction.
