Helpful and informative The designers here were extremely helpful when I needed to choose everything for my new home. From flooring to countertops, they helped me select materials that would compliment my style as well as the style of the home. Would build again with them if the need ever arose!
K Hovnanian Homes They do have some decent floor plans... But the sales representatives are very un responsive. They dont respond to calls either.... The advantage is that the community is close to RTP if you work there

Builds quality homes We built our first and only home using Goodman. The work they do is of great quality and they're willing to make modifications to the floor plan as they have done for us. The only frustration with the modification is the bookshelves had some impossibly small shelves which can't hold much. The sales person we had was flakey, but she is no longer with the business. After 10 years in this house, it's holding up well. It has a few cracks from the foundation shift, but can't complain. Our kitchen shelves aren... read more
