Michelle and the whole team at J&K were fantastic to work with! The attention to detail and excellent execution in our home is superb. There are so many little design features that show a really high level of focus on enjoyment of the space that we never would have thought of on our own. They worked with us to make modifications that really made the space what we wanted. 10/10 would recommend!
J and K were wonderful builders. I could not have asked for better people to build our house, and you can tell they really care about doing quality work and making unique new homes for people. I have heard so many bad stories from my friends who used production builders to make me only want to go with a custom builder like J and K. Absolutely wonderful experience working with J&K. Our experience was slightly different, as we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to rent a beautiful market home by J&K while we were transitioning to our final home. Everyone on the team was responsive and fantastic to work with. We could not be more pleased with our experience building a custom home with J&K. My wife and I and my mother built a multigenerational home, and the J&K team handled the complex dynamic with professionalism and sensitivity. Building a custom home is a team sport from Developer, Architect, Bank, all the suppliers and subs, and of course the owner. We believe J&K was the best head coach of that team for our unique situation. The attention to construction quality was impressive before AND after close.
