Absolutely wonderful experience working with J&K. Our experience was slightly different, as we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to rent a beautiful market home by J&K while we were transitioning to our final home. Everyone on the team was responsive and fantastic to work with. We could not be more pleased with our experience building a custom home with J&K. My wife and I and my mother built a multigenerational home, and the J&K team handled the complex dynamic with professionalism and sensitivity. Building a custom home is a team sport from Developer, Architect, Bank, all the suppliers and subs, and of course the owner. We believe J&K was the best head coach of that team for our unique situation. The attention to construction quality was impressive before AND after close.
