I lived in their apartments on ridgeway ave .. it is horrible you pay $950 with no door bell/buzzer every week the garbage is over flowing it’s trash all over the driveway/walk ways up to the apartments,. The apartment management has poor communication no one ever answers the phone they might answer a email … The hall ways to the apartment building smells & also have debris everywhere they never sweep/mop, I can go onnn I WOULD NOT recommend living here.
Bought a building from them. Horrific living conditions for tenants. K holding collected and kept rent for a period in which they were not the owners. They can’t provide tenants leases or deposits.
