Kim is Rude, horrible patient care, lack of empathy. Lack of experience, most importantly, lack of comfort for patients. Possible bedside the worst bedside manner of an ultrasound tech I have ever experienced. Yikes! Do better
I was sent to this office to get an EKG. They have very hypocritical policies. Their staff members only have to wear masks in front of patients but patients are required to wear them at all times. I was treated VERY rudely. Even though I’m paying them to provide a service? I would not recommend this practice to anyone who has a working brain and thinks for themselves.
My experience at KHeart & Vascular Institute was very positive! The front desk checkin was easy and the staff friendly! I felt welcome and at ease! Dr. Dangovian listened to me and I was pleased with his professional suggestions! I will be returning in six months as scheduled!
