Called last week to inquire about a 3bedroom, she told me to call back the following afternoon, she had to put a lock box on it so I could view it. Called back a day later left a voicemail. Never heard anything back from her. Called again 4 days later, my number is blocked lol…. I only know I’m blocked because my daughter called and the call went through, from my phone it went straight to voicemail, not sure what happened…. Very unprofessional weird. No explanation for this.
The management is great any time there is an issue or something gets broken the maintenance guys are there in a timely manner and do a good job. I would recommend Newark Family Rentals to anyone looking for a place to live!!
horrible people go anywhere else
I lived at the Montgomery Village Apartments off of Garfield for almost 5 years. They recently decided that without cause, to force me out of the unit. They gave me a 30 day notice to vacate without cause or a reason. Because I am a month-to month tenant they are allowed to simply force you to leave. For no reason. I asked several times why. They ignored calls and emails. When they did respond, they of course did not answer why. They do not care for their tenants because their job of collecting rent payments must be so diffi... read more
