I think this salon is absolutely amazing. I went for the first time and I had an appointment with the owner, Hannah. She is incredibly talented. From the shaping to the design, it was flawless. The salon is also very nice to look at, great music, and the staff and people are extremely friendly. The ONLY reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it IS a little more pricey than what im used to. Went in asking for a removal of my current set and a new full set. Instead the tech removed the gel on my nails to the point that they were thin and burning, to which new gel was added on top. I was then charged $115, and when I asked I was told that was their price for a full set (which is not what I received). Two of my nails have already cracked and it has been just about a week. Overall disappointing experience.
My daughter paid $50 for a gift card for me. When I try to use it, there was not found in their system. Unfortunately my daughter paid with a debit card.I tried to talk with the manager several times. I was always told that she was not there in a rude way. They never called back or acknowledge their mistake. The new owner was also rude about it. Don’t buy gift cards there. Total scam!
New management is horrible! Very rude
The new owner was very unprofessional today 11/8/25. I’ve been coming to this salon since it opened up in 2020. I’ve got my eyebrows waxed and my right brow looks uneven I wasn’t satisfied with it. In front of everyone even customers the owner tells me I have to tip. I thought tipping is not mandatory. If it is mandatory please add it to the bill. They lost a long term customer and I even started bringing my husband/family with me for services. Well no more.
