Highly Unprofessional. I just called for the first time, not even a professional greeting or anything I had to ask is this KD's Window Cleaning, I introduced myself and asked who was I speaking to, she acted like she did not hear me, and hang up. I called back trying to explain her what I needed to get done, and she picked up again and went straight to "do you need your windows cleaned?" and once again I politely introduce myself and asked for the 3rd time who am I speaking to so i can properly address her but she hang up, n... read more
We just purchased a house in Vilano Beach in St. Augustine, Fl- windows were dirty- called Wednesday and K D came out Friday morning. The team was great and efficient but more importantly just nice people. They did a fantastic job and windows are sparkling clean. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
