Douglas Garner] I have had my windows done by K-Designers 2years ago and they did a professional job. I got financing through them when no one else would take me. I have a lifetime warranty on my windows where no one else does. I recommend them to anyone.

If I could give them a ZERO star I would, Michelle Stone is completely unprofessional and so is the company. We purchased 13 windows from you guys and 3 do not open and 2 are leaking. We have called multiple time in 3 years to get this taken care of and no one wants to help us. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL company please do not order or have them do any work for you in your home, as they wont take care of their mistakes!!
This is the second time we've used this siding. We specifically asked for Peter because of his knowledge & workmanship. Peter is an extreme carpender, hard working & utilizes every working moment. We are extremely happy & satisfied customers.

It's really funny that they mention customer service, I sent them an email approximate Nov of 2015 still waiting. If anyone is planning on getting remodeling done please contact me so I can show you what kind of work they actually do. I was told by one there own marketing director that the material is less than construction grade. Like I said before contact me and see for yourself.7203416498
