I was a new patient at this office and this will be my first and last time! I was told to arrive 30 mins early to fill out new patient paperwork and then proceeded to wait another hour to be seen. There weren’t enough chairs to accommodate everyone in the waiting room which made the whole wait process very uncomfortable and very crowded. This was my first visit to a dermatologist. Both doctor and nurse were able to relax my anxiety and give me a thorough examination. Using adjectives. Professional, reassuring, upbeat, confident, and listening to my concerns
