Poor Experience – Not Recommended for Students I bought a handpiece from K Dental just three months ago, and now I’m already having issues with the high-speed function. When I went to the Markham location for repair, they told me this problem is “common” when working on plastic teeth. As dental students, we have to practice on plastic teeth every day, especially when preparing for exams, so this explanation doesn’t make sense. I had some issues with my high speed. Logan ( maintenance department) helped me with the best service... He was professionally perfect for my handpiece repair... Definitely 5* service...
I had an issue with my friction grip and initially sent it to another company, who told me it would take 14 days to fix. A friend then recommended Logan Pedlar at K Dental, and I’m so glad they did! Logan quickly identified the issue and fixed it within seconds — completely professionally and without charging me anything. His skill, accuracy, and professionalism are truly impressive. Highly recommended if you need any dental instrument repairs!
Terrible customer service. Sell you refurbished dental equipments at full price slightly cheaper than other suppliers and disappear on you.Very bad experience! Never recommend them. Use Henry Schein, Sinclair& Patterson and enjoy quality goods along with quality customer care!
