This is supposed to be customer center care. I called a week ago to find out how far out Dr. Olsen schedules. I was supposed to get a call back in 24 hours. No call. Called today and the woman insists I create a chart before I can get an answer. I have wasted 30 minutes trying to get this very straightforward answer. Does this sound like patient center care? Sounds like Healthpartners, as usual, does exactly what it wants when it wants and patient be damned.
My total hip surgery “Superpath”procedure with Dr Olsen was a total success . After 4 weeks I was walking without walker and a cane. It was a relief after suffering for 3 yrs bcz I was scared to have the surgery even though I am a nurse still I can’t trust just anyone to do my hip surgery . I wish Dr. Olsen would have informed me that wouldn't be able to walk after my knee surgery. I did all the therapy and everything I was told to do. It's been over a year and it is still painful, it's unbearable. At the Hospital after my surgery they claimed they gave me pain pills but they never did. It's been a living nightmare since May 5, 2024.
