I have been visiting the salon to get my nails done for the past two years and yesterday will be my last visit. I feel like the salon became popular and the salon is not handing it very well. Things have really gone downhill. They overbook and treat customers poorly. Prices keep inching up. This used to be my favorite salon but lately I have been so disappointed. This week I called for an appointment and when I arrived at my scheduled time I had to wait over a half an hour for my pedicure and then 45 minutes for my manicure.
