I found a watch there that I had been looking for, for a long while. I was stunned when I was walking by, and saw it in the window. The owner and I made a very quick deal. The price was incredibly fair, and the owner couldn't have been nicer. He was even able to give me the box and papers, and I didn't expect that. The experience was super easy and quick. Huge thanks !! Definitely made my day, week, month.....

I came in asking about resizing my ring slightly (less than half a size). I was told it was not possible to stretch the ring at all and that the only option was to add gold. I expected a bit more transparency from a shop that presents itself as “expert”
