Unfortunately I cannot recommend KD Home Services due to the jam I was put in due to this company bidding work, even a revised scope of work, stayed engaged during the process, was sent a contract, sat on it for days, then suddenly pulled the plug for no reason. I'm now in upside down due to their inconsiderate and unprofessional actions. Other than that, the attention to detail was poor and required more effort than it should have. Kevin Dunn and his team just completed their, (at least) 3rd home project for us. This one was a good bit more involved with Sheetrock, Painting, Custom Door build/Install, Dryer hookup change, Doggie Door close up with siding ... I think that covers most of it. This project was successfully completed just as Professional and Efficient and Affordable as all the previous projects done for us! Not only an Exceptional Job, but done by truly nice people to work with . .. Thank You Kevin and Team!
Customer Service. Empathy. Attention to Detail. Value. Kevin and his crew have all of it. We entrusted them to paint our entire house and two fences. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work and the price point. From start to finish (and after) they’ve been great. We received a recommendation from our neighbor to use them and I would recommend them to anyone looking. You won’t go wrong.
