After years of positive patronage of k and d housing,,, I was recently informed by a very rude so called agent,, (( who was more interested in stuffing her face with food at a front desk .. the time was 9 am and I informed her of the problem I was experiencing ,, of which , she replied k and d was to important to change its rules for me as if in k and d is doing me a favor when I pay my rent .. when k and d is to big to care about making adjustments for it's residents it's time to move...
