Ken absolutely did what I had been wanting to achieve for over a year. That was could someone come and give me an honest assessment of my air-conditioning unit. Not only did he take the time to explain exactly what was the Issue of not cooling, but also, what it would take to fix the problem. Woke on a recent Sunday morning, during severely-cold weather, to a very cold house (we are "seniors"). We called the company that installed and has serviced our oil burner for the past 12 years and were told we couldn't be seen until Tuesday. We then called a neighbor who gave us Ken Weaver's name and number.
