I’m so grateful for the amazing service we received during this extreme heat! He came out quickly and fixed our AC that had stopped cooling — just in time. He was not only professional and efficient, but also took the time to patiently explain the common issues with our brand of system and what to watch out for going forward. He even shared helpful tips to prevent future cooling problems. I really appreciate his honesty and clear communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again next time — highly recommended!
My heater stopped working on a weekend. It was 20 degrees out. I called another same day company and they weren’t able to come out. My neighbor recommended this company. Someone was here in 30 minutes and got my heat working. I’m a widow and I feel much safer having a reliable company that didn’t overcharge me.
We had Ken come out to install a new whole-house water filtration system. Ken has done a number of different types of work for us in the past. Always very knowledgeable in whatever he's working on. Very neat and pays attention to details. He's our go-to for any plumbing, electrical or HVAC work we've needed. Highly recommended!
