I don't know because I'm still waiting for them to call me back and it's been days
At the time of filing my return I thought "these people are great, I'm going to send them some business " BUT NOW 7 months later I never recieved a tax return, my stimulus check, I can't contact anyone from KC's to get information to give to the IRS in order to retrieve my stimulus payment &/ or income tax return. It's frustrating to me that in the midst of a crisis I am unable to get in contact with "a professional" whom I trusted to give me a simple answer so I can get money which I earned, deserve & now more than ever NEE... read more
Great place take their time with you that's impossible
People are so quick to put up false information. If you did not get your return its your problem follow up and how do you let anyone put incorrect information on your taxes if you are there. Never had a problem in five year
