KC Pumpman is the best. Had an alarm on my pump over the Christmas holiday weekend. Called Bill and he promptly called me back. He was able to walk me through troubleshooting and ultimately got my system back up and running. They’re my go-to for any pump issues going forward. Thanks!

They don't do repair. They just told me that they only service sump pumps they install themselves. Also: they take 1 week to respond to messages.
I called them with a non-emergency problem on the 4th of July. They returned my call in a short time and provided free consultation on how to address my problem. I didn't need to use their service, because I could do it my self. That is extraordinary customer service!!! If I need to use them in the future, this is where I will go.
Called the emergency phone number a couple days before Christmas. Wasn't sure I'd get a response, let alone a quick one, since I'd never employed their services before. Got a call back the next day and was told exactly how to fix it myself! I'm almost sad I wasn't able to compensate them for their time and expertise. Great company! Saved me a ton of money! Can't recommend enough!
