I've been coming here for about 5 years and never felt the need to leave a bad review until now. I pay around $75 for very short acrylic French tips, yet my last three sets have barely lasted 2 weeks, and my most recent set lasted only 8 days. When I brought up the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed my natural nails—even though this was never a problem before. First time trying KC Nail. Full set w/ nail art for daughter's prom + pedicure for mom while waiting. My daughter showed a pic of her dress and they matched her nails to it beautifully! The pedicure was among the best scrub & massage I've received. Both services were truly remarkable and the total cost for everything was just over what I would pay for a pedi elsewhere. **Definitely worth the drive from Bonney Lake!**
KC Nails provides such amazing service! The staff is friendly, professional, and very talented with nail designs. They paid attention to every detail and made sure my nails looked perfect. I’m truly impressed and really enjoyed my experience here. I will definitely come back many more times. Highly recommend this place if you want beautiful nails and great service!!
I LOVE the design the girls at kc do for my nail. Everyone is so kind and are good at their job!! They did exactly what I wanted and it was beautiful!
I decided to try KC Nail again. Went years ago and wasn't the best experience but what a difference now! Wow! My nail had broke recently at home and was very painful. The lady and guy working were so nice and they not only carefully took the old nail off and re bandaged it up but gave me advice on ointment for it. They could of made more money by re painting my nails but cared about healing my finger first then said to come back in 2 weeks.
