Excellent landlord.
Excellent landlord! My husband & I moved in November 2024 to a newly renovated town house in Hampden. Anytime there’s an issue he quickly returns our calls & sends the maintenance man Jason out the next day! We have absolutely no complaints & recommend Chad & KC Management to everyone!
KC Management "maintains" dirty, outdated, and rundown apartments. They claim to clean but upon moving in the apartments are disgusting and extremely overpriced for the quality and space. Would not recommend to any future renters.
