started the job but didn't come back as promised....cancelled the work and went with another plumber.....be warned!
They seem very unprofessional! My friend rents an apartment, and they use KC Johnson for their plumbing. One of the apartments below her had a leak, so the plumber wanted to check my friend's apartment for leaks. He called my friend up, but she missed the call because she was at work. He told the landlord he had her permission (false), and in the process of checking for leaks (she had none), ruined 2 kitchen towels by using them for something and got grease and dirt all over them, and tracked mud across her expensive new rug... read more
I was extremely happy with the services we recieved. This business is owner operated and he is very easy to work with. They were prompt, clean and very efficient. They are very reasonably priced too. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone in a plumbing crisis.
