Wish i could put 0 stars woman was very rude on the phone i just called to ask about getting a tore mount and balanced and breaks change on a vstar 1100 woman said "we dont change other peoples tires" and hung up on me before i could even ask about the breaks ... im not sure what compels someone to be so rude to a complete stranger...
Called to get a quote for spring service on my 2006 VStar. Mid Ohio was 3 weeks out on work and wanted nearly $200 more for the same job. Took my bike in on Friday after calling on Tuesday, The following friday it was done. Very happy with the work, turnaround time and value. You have a customer for life.
I recently purchased a used 2012 Star Raider SCL from K&C Cycles. I can't say enough great things about Al and Christi. They went out of their way to accommodate me every step of the way throughout the purchase. I really appreciated the helpful, but super laid back atmosphere. I am 1 1/2 hours from this dealer, but will be a loyal customer going forward. It's hard to find businesses today that create the experience you will get from K&C Cycles. Thank you so much. took my quad in and a month later they have it all taken apart and say they cant figure out whats wrong and return it to me and it wasn't put back together took it to another dealership and a week later they was able to fix it and my atv works great now. I will never go back!
