Booked an appointment for carpet cleaning and they never showed up. No call, no update, nothing. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time

K. C Cleaning was doing the carpets in my Building and I was offered a very good discount which I took them up on. The tech was pleasant and efficient. He got 25 years worth of ash out my carpet and it looks amazing. Highly recommend them.

They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in the common areas of our building. There were stains throughout from pet urine and grease from carts. They've disappeared.

This is the very first time I’m writing a review, and it has to go to KC! Our business was flooded, and KC responded immediately. They are very professional, have solid plans, and take swift action. The best part of their team is that they genuinely care about customers' needs and concerns. They helped us move heavy shelves around while still making room for us to work. We are looking forward to reopening our business, and I am confident that KC will make it happen on time! Bravo to the amazing team at KC!
