Crew backed their wood chipper on my neighbors lawn causing damage. Crew members standing around not watching for safety. Let large branches free fall damaging my back yard. Branches free fell on to m y roof. Had to get my roof inspected afterward. Asked the manager or owner to give me a call about my neighbor's damaged yard. Never received the courtesy of a call. Bad experience with this company

They did a good job with removing our trees,. very organized, knowledgeable, and professional service.
Requested service with an email. Got an email back stating they would be at my home the following week. I left voicemails, emails and even called their office and talked to a person, asking what day and time they would be out. Was told they would call me back and they never did.
I work down the street from this company and was nearly hit by one of their drivers who pulled out right in front me. There was nothing blocking their view of being able to see me. I had to slam on my brakes and honk my horn. As if that wasn’t a great way to start my day I’m also 6 months pregnant and would of hit them causing injury to myself and my unborn child. I called this company and left my name and number about the incident and it’s been over 2 hours with no call back! They obviously don’t care about safety of others... read more
Highly professional and safe crew. We had an enormous job at Autism From The Start for KC Arborist and they conducted themselves professionally and completed the job safely and timely. Wonderful work!
Jody and the crew were very kind and professional, impressive from the get-go! Jody answered all my questions and was extremely helpful! Never before have we seen such an organized crew get the job done so quickly and cleanly, top notch service!
Great and hard working also friendly staff
VERY professional! After a snow came though dumping at least 10" of snow, K.C. Arborist Tree Care removed the broken and sagging limbs from 2 trees, which were hanging over our home! Kyle was friendly and hard working! Thank you Jeff for being the ONLY company (out of the 7 I called) who actually came out and got the job done!!!! I feel much safer now not having to worry about those limbs coming through our roof! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!
