Had them out to service my pool and apparently they forgot / did not have an extension cord so they unplugged mine without asking and then they had to go back to the store to get something and charged me with 2 service calls. Very rude - would not use them again if they were the last company available.
Just bought a home with a pool and we have no clue! We came in early and had a training class to learn all about our filter and maintaining the pool. They tested the water and told us what we need to so to get the pool running. We greatly appreciate the help!
