Over text consultations are not a way to consult someone’s skin. No questions on skin history or what I want, and was instead pressuring me to change what I booked with no explanation as to why? This is what in person consultations are for, which I also booked for before the treatment so my skin could be assessed properly. I didn’t even get in the door. This venue is newly renovated, creating a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The music during the therapy session is soothing. My therapist, Kelly, is highly skilled, with well-balanced techniques. Her colleagues are also very friendly. My child also received therapy here and really enjoyed the experience.
