Bought kart up for them to get my battery to charge. They had it fixed within couple days, and charged a very reasonable price for job. Thank you guys for your help

KB and his team came all the way to Collierville, TN to do a lead/acid-to-lithium battery conversion, along with regular, routine maintenance on my 2019 Club Car Precedent golf cart. They were friendly, efficient, and totally professional during this visit. Plus, they gave a VERY fair price - well below what any other vendor offered - for the work. All-in-all, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be using them again.
Took 2 golf carts. Told them to make sure everything was working both times. I get them back; they say everything is good. 3 weeks later, the first time they stop working. The next time, one stopped working in a week; the next one in 3 weeks. I called to let them know I was upset and asked about the 3rd golf cart we dropped off when we picked up the other ones. They say they have not looked at it. Then he called back and said he didn't like my town when he answered, and I need to come pick up the other one.
