I've been going to Kristi's for years. I've requested things that may have not been the best for my hair & she's always lovingly redirected me for the better & just said NO! 😁. I also LOVE that she's NOT "scissor happy" chopping away at my hair. My TRIMS are always just trims, not CUTS! I mistakenly let someone else cut my hair years ago and it took forever to get it back right. She always tries to work me in with my late schedule. Very PLEASED!
