I had a hair disaster from a salon that I will not name. long story and very stressful, one made short, the folks at baucom got me in for help the same day i called. They weren't gonna let me suffer. Everyone here is so lovely and great! Scarlett is not only an excellent hairdresser, but also an incredible person!
I moved to Lakeside in 2020, and have been going to KB for my hair since then. All the stylists are great, but for my fine curly hair, Scarlett is the REAL DEAL. She has literally transformed how I look, but in realistic, manageable ways, and delivers on more modern, alternative cuts. I trust her with my life. My only hesitation leaving a review like this is a fear that she'll get too popular and I won't be able to get an appointment.
scarlett is an absolute superstar and leaves me feeling awesome every time i leave the salon :^)
