KB has done multiple repairs for me, some rather major and they are always very fast and helpful and do great work! I’ve never had any issue with any repairs done. I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They’re fantastic, I highly recommend!

Dropped off my mower. Told him what the mower was doing. Called back after 4 days and asked if he had gotten to it yet. He told me to be patient and that he was normally 3-4 weeks out during this season. He also told me that he would call to let me know what he found wrong with the mower before he repaired it with an estimate. He stated that if he is always answering the phone he can not be turning a wrench. Very crappy customer service. I went in the front of the building into the showroom stood there and waited no one showed up stuck my head and whoever was working back there yelled at me to get out so I left and I'll never go back
