This property management company was actually the landlord of my building. Brian was nice in the beginning, but very quickly became a bully. I have never been cut off and yelled at when speaking to a landlord over the phone before. Completely unprofessional. This company also refuses to communicate via e-mail. They receive maintenance requests etc via e-mail, but will always call or demand to be called to discuss further, presumably to avoid written documentation of anything. Deplorable place. Local authorities call it 5150 Burbank boulevard. Management is slow to react to actual issues homeless issue at front of property.
K & B Property Management is a great management company. Rory does a wonderful job managing El Dorado Apts. I've been living at el dorado for a little over a year and any issues i have is resolved immediately. Rent is cheap and the rooms are huge.
