I've used them for many years. Reliable and competent. Although I was initially disappointed about their use of an answering machine instead of a live secretary, I found them diligent about returning calls! Awesome guys to have around and they do an outstanding job!
Customer for 11 years now and K & B Pools has always delivered on time quality service. My pump stopped working and they were able to repair it quickly as they had all the parts they needed on their service vehicle. Thanks guys!
We have used this pool service since we purchased our home in 1987. They show up when scheduled, do what was asked, charge what was agreed. A rare breed of tradesman these days.
Incompetent! I had my pool installed by Barrington pools... kudos! They did a great job! However, their weekly service team had too many turnovers and I got to the point when I just wasn't satisfied with a constantly changing team. I mistakenly hired a local company, K&B and since day one, I have been unable to balance my salination. Have lost countless days of swimming with Excuses on and on.
