I asked for a soak off and I received the lazy way… slide a nail tip under my acrylic nails to remove. I was nicked multiple times and I was saying that it was hurting me and to stop and she just kept going I mean I was sweating it hurt so bad. She got my pointer finger really good per the picture. It was bleeding a lot and she put that gel stuff on it that didn’t work, she put nail glue on it that didn’t help and ended up putting some Neosporin on it. I sat in a chair for an hour it took so long and other people were going in front of me even though I was there before them! Great nails sometimes but didn’t even open on time either.
