This was my first time using a mobile service. I needed my transmission fluid changed in my truck. I called this company by recommendation from a friend and scheduled an appointment.The mechanic was on time and showed up in a truck with the company name . Also the mechanic was in a uniform which is a huge plus for me especially being a first time user. The mechanic asked me for my keys and about an hour later he was all done. Kris is an excellent owner/operator/technician! This company is passionate about their clients & relationships. They are dependable, communicative and really work with their clients needs. If you have a fleet - schedule them & your drivers to be on the lot - or have them out once your fleet is parked. They use to help me with my fleet off 100 when I worked at a home services company. There’s a lot of great people in this company unfortunately, the owner Kris is not one of them. Poor customer service if he messes up your equipment, he will rather pick a fight with you then owe up to it and fix the problem. There are much better options for a oil change out there than risking your engines well-being with Kris
This company is top notch. I wish I didn’t move out of their range (Georgia) or I would still use their services. I would never get my oil changed by someone else in Phoenix
