Been waiting over 7 weeks on knee brace since they finally came and measured me. After several phone calls to mangers and owner of which none returned my calls. Finally the lady that measured me called and had done nothing but started making useless excuses. She hadn't even gotten a doctors signature. My advice to everyone is if possible go somewhere else. Forest company I have had to deal with in a long time!!!!!!
I guess I have unreal expectations, I've been waiting three and a half weeks for a knee brace to come in. Heck, I'd be happy with return phone call with ANY KIND of update..
