Our system was installed new by K&B, we had one service call that was scheduled within 1 hour and resolved quickly. We have had preventive maintenance once so far and our tech arrived on time and completed all the tasks we asked for. We highly recommend K&B for anyone needing HVAC service. Update from 06.25.25, we lost our a/c on mid-Monday, Lamar from K&B responded within the hour on the hottest day of the year. Kyle was on time and performed a complete check of AC system. He gave me a readout of what he did and the condition of the system. Very happy with the service.
