We had a new water heater installed (by someone else) in 2020. We’ve had nothing but problems since. Anytime the wind blew, the pilot light would go out. Several times a week, we’d have to relight it causing the igniter button to wear out. We’d call a plumber out each time to fix the button. I was told by another company that I needed a new gas fireplace insert and got a second opinion from K&B. Tom came out and took the time to explain to me the mechanics of the insert, taught me how to light the pilot and even showed me where my gas lines are and how to shut them off. I did not need a new insert; I paid a minimal amount for a cleaning. I am so thankful for Tom’s expertise and honesty. I will be calling K&B in the future for my heating and cooling needs.
I had them to work on my furnace and the water heater for my house, and I had a great experience with them! They explained to me all the issues and how they can get fixed. They were so professional in their work better than anyone else I hired to do the same work. Highly recommend this company to everyone
