Was out 3 TIMES and furnace is still not running. Now they won't return our calls to make it right. Been paid for doing nothing. Please save your time and money and call Hi Temp instead. Will be contacting Better Business Bureau.

We had a new water heater installed (by someone else) in 2020. We’ve had nothing but problems since. Anytime the wind blew, the pilot light would go out. Several times a week, we’d have to relight it causing the igniter button to wear out. We’d call a plumber out each time to fix the button. They would “clean something”, give us a bill for $180, and it (the igniter button) would work for 3 months. Our water heater can’t be lit manually so we were at their mercy. I was told by another company that I needed a new gas fireplace insert and got a second opinion from K&B. Tom came out and took the time to explain to me the mechanics of the insert, taught me how to light the pilot and even showed me where my gas lines are and how to shut them off. I did not need a new insert; I paid a minimal amount for a cleaning. I am so thankful for Tom’s expertise and honesty. I will be calling K&B in the future for my heating and cooling needs.
