Three weeks ago, I dropped my truck off at K&B for a tire rotation and b'cos my engine didn't sound right. I got a call later from Tom saying I had to pay for a part that releases my tire b'cos it broke ($80)and that the engine noise was due to a piston which was normal and to just keep driving it like that. He charged me $170 for a part he broke and a tire rotation. In the meantime, my truck still sounded like crap!
