Our biggest issue was the severe roach infestation. We lived here for a year, and no matter how clean we kept our apartment or how much money we spent out of pocket on sprays and pest control products, the roaches never went away. I’ve been at Belair Dowtown Plano for just over a 2 year now and have never had any issues at all the stuff is extremely professional and always on point to help out I would recommend this place to any one
Staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. The units are nice enough but getting old quickly. The disrepair and broken security equipment must be the fault of the ownership. Parking gate is inoperative—stuck open, secure doors that do not lock, zero cctv, old slow elevators have no resident-only precautions. They only had one apartment to show us. They were real courteous and kind so it was everything we needed to know. They couldn't tell us the price cuz it's too early
This complex is in sad shape for being in plano. The office manager isnt doing the job as a manager. The complex is getting worse and the maint crew dont even do their jobs. I wouldnt pay the crazy high rent prices for what they offer. The complex needs better maint. The prices dont reflect what you actually get for a downtown plano apartment complex. The maintenance just paints over mold and doesn't actually fix things that need to be fixed.
