The customer service is awful. They are greedy and rude. Don’t move here. There’s a reason the vacancy is so high. They are unhelpful and unkind 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Why is the public stairwell in the public parking garage locked???
Do not rent here. This place is a filthy dump. Trash everywhere. Hallway floors are disgusting. Stairwells haven’t been cleaned in years. Landlord = slumlord.
Worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. They finally had a decent team in the office and maintenance, 3 weeks later and no one is there anymore. American Communities (management company) can’t keep employees to save their life.
