Edit: Thank you Ms.Martha and to their awesome Maintenance Sam for the quick Maintenance service and update on all my concerns. I am updating my review to honestly reflect the effort the new team is putting in and hope it stays! Note that communication goes a long way.
Pool closed for 7 months. The pool has been closed since August 14 and remains unavailable as of mid February with no clear updates or repair timeline provided, despite being a major amenity that residents pay for. In addition, other advertised amenities have also remained unavailable during this time. Spring break is coming up :( There is currently no on-site manager, and information shared by the city and apartments has been inconsistent.
