To start, my name is perfectly stated on this review, and if you search in your records you WILL find my name. So to management that will try to falsely claim that I didn't live here to save their gross behinds, they're wrong. This apartment complex is absolutely terrible. Erika was so helpful and sweet, made our move in the best experience! Lobby and gym very clean
Our biggest issue was the severe roach infestation. We lived here for a year, and no matter how clean we kept our apartment or how much money we spent out of pocket on sprays and pest control products, the roaches never went away. What's even more frustrating is that we were charged a monthly pest control fee, yet the problem was never resolved. I reported the infestation dozens of times throughout our lease. I’ve been at Belair Dowtown Plano for just over a 2 year now and have never had any issues at all the stuff is extremely professional and always on point to help out I would recommend this place to any one
