Stop talking to customers as if they are a burden to your business. This place is in need of customer service training; give courtesy phone calls or text messages about status of customer equipment being worked on. We dropped off our brush mower on 4/11 and still nothing. We have to follow up to see what's going on with it. Recommendedthis business is awesome! honest and trustworthy. the staff know what they are doing. when I saw a customer get upset it was because they tried to get something for nothing. example: they bought a piece of equipment, used it then tried to bring it back after using it incorrectly. The employees there are very well knowledgeable in the equipment they use, and abuse of it. please take the time to explain to them what you are looking for and what you need it for so they can make sure you get the right piece of equipment. awesome... read more
The front store staff are rude and especially the owner. I was trying to buy a rototiller and ended up getting yelled at and told to leave the store. The owner even has a security guard with his hand at his gun ready to make people leave the store when the owner is angry. Actually the owner was already angry when we went into the store and it just got worse from there.
The place to go for great service and workmanship!
Abe and his entire staff are knowledgeable, polite and deliver very prompt service. I've used their services for over 10 years and have always been treated well. They have serviced my lawn mower, roto tiller and chainsaw and have saved me a lot of money by maintaining them all well. Definitely 5/5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
These men do an excellent job of repairing and taking caring of the equipment I take to get serviced.They have never failed me. I highly recommend them to take care of any equipment taken to them to repair.
Wow these guys are good! Came up from Gallup with my lawn tractor, had them put all new belts, new blades and oil change, 3 hrs and it was done. Thought I'd have to come back a week later. Saved me $50 in gas. These guyz rock! Dave from Gallup
