This company should not be allowed to operate. Karl does not communicate with his potential customers. There's no response from text or phone calls. The more important problem is that he seems to be running a scam where he lowers his property rental prices to well below what the industry price is and then collects extensive amounts of rental application fee's from people that are looking to rent. We do communicate with prospective renters, you must not have checked your email. It states right in the rental application that all communication will be via email, unless there is no email address provided. You acknowledged this on the rental application. It's true that we received an overwhelming response to the rental advertisement, however we removed the advertisement after only a couple days due to many folks applying.
