Great service. They didn't notify me that a contact fitting wasn't covered by insurance and I was charged $70 for it. I would have opted out if I knew.
Dr Carmona is excellent! Very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Her staff was what customer service should be everywhere.
This review is for Tony Tsung Ming Hung, O.D. and the staff onsite at our visit. We heard from a friend about the Costco optometry dept. and was thrilled to find out they have an on-site pediatric optometrist. The front desk and clinic assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They were able to address all my concerns and was very upfront about what is necessary vs what is optional.
