Gilbert always does a nice job. He’s friendly and he fixed the problem quickly. I think the service is overpriced but all HVAC companies overcharge about the same

I highly recommend K&K. I decided to go with them after reading the reviews and I am glad I did. The communication was excellent and Cory arrived right on time. He asked me what was going on, listened to my descriptions and went to work. Cory addressed the problem and explained what he was doing. I asked if I could take pictures and he encouraged it. Cory recommended a maintenance program for the furnace and AC but did not pressure me at all, which I greatly appreciated. Five stars all the way.
I have to say that this experience was absolutely wonderful considering the furnace went out before the new year. There were 4 wonderful efficient and customer service orientated employees (Ian, Josh, Bryan & Nick) who exhibited excellent customer service and efficient time management and detail.... Customer service was A 1. I thank each of this gentleman from the bottom of my heart. Great Job
