I called this company to come out to fix an issue with my fan continuously running. The issue wasn't fixed unfortunately and I was left with the fan still running. I originally wrote a review that was different from this one, however, the owner (Keith) and Shannon called me to make it right. They refunded my $99 and took care of the cost of today's bill from another company. I was blown away by their customer service and that they took the time to call and care about this issue. I could not have asked for a better company to install a new AC unit. We have been in our house for 21 years and used a window unit. I am so glad to not have to listen to the window unit anymore. Everyone we dealt with from the 1st phone call, to the service tech/quote to the install team were professional and made it an easy process. Thank you everyone at K and K.
Quick service, arrived a little ahead of schedule and Cory was very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly.
Very personable and friendly staff. Explained all visual and audible cues to look for, retrieved parts extremely quickly. Patient with myself and the equipment, just a 10/10 experience for these random issues!
Outstanding experience for a first time customer of K & K heating and cooling. First 80 degree day and our air conditioner unit was out of service. I called K & K at 7:30 a.m. on Monday morning thinking I'd have to wait a week to get service. Unbelievable but they had my AC up and running before noon the same day. My technician Cory was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. Cory is definitely a rock star as far as I'm concerned.
