Incredibly long wait times. 2-3 hours with no warning that it will be a long wait and no updates. Just had to leave after waiting 2.5 hours because we were told it would be another hour or more. Would recommend just trying elsewhere.
They cut me twice and made me bleed. The lady said “ oh sorry.” I’m still in pain, 3 days later. After two days the paint started to peel off and I got gel polish. I paid $92 for a mani pedi. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half and I sat in the pedicure chair with my feet soaking for an hour. I was there for 4 hours total. Don’t waste your money here. Horrible product and customer service.
