Have had a great experience with the owner, he has been more than helpful and on the months we were short a little bit has worked with us, few minor downsides but would recommend

Great price for the size of my unit. Friendly management and simple process for making monthly payments. Wish that the security gate could remain closed throughout the day allowing only Tennant's to have access into the facility as opposed to their business hours of operation with open gate during that time free for anyone to enter.

Can't access your storage 24 hours a day. It's my stuff, if I want to get in there at 2 in the morning, I should be able to. The manager or owner or whatever they are is horrible at communication. My wife left two voice mails and texted the number, but even after 3 weeks we still were never contacted about our unit. I bet they contact us when they think we still are using the unit and want their money though! Worst storage units in town. Oh, and they make you buy a lock from them, like yours isn't gonna be good enough to loc... read more

Emptied my storage unit on February 22nd 2020. Been with K&B since November 2019. Never had a problem till it came to closing my "account" after leaving 3 voicemails. I still got billed for March & still trying to close my "account"
