While looking for a new salon closer to my home, I found K&A’s (lovely) website and decided to visit as a walk-in today. I’d been working on a project for several weeks. Thus, my fingers had the final remnants of builder gel tips and my toenails literally looked like claws. Kayla took one look and quoted a wonderful price to bring my nails back to acceptable state. ⸻ Very unprofessional staff. I came in to get my eyebrows done, and one of the ladies walked up and rudely said, “We’re too busy, you can’t get your eyebrows done here.” When I asked if no one could do them, everyone ignored me until she finally said, “We don’t do eyebrows here.” That made no sense since the service is offered. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received. The salon is spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them, with perfect shape and color. I’ll definitely be back for more.
