I spoke to a young guy on the phone. He told me that he didn't have the specialised equipment that was needed for my job, (blocked sewer we think), but gave me precise instructions on what was needed and suggested a few people to call. Was very impressed that despite the fact that he wouldn't get business from me, he still tried to help me with my problem!! Very polite, professional, helpful!
