Our 1 year old rescue was so frightened of nail trims and we were getting nowhere with different strategies at home. We took her on a Friday, but the person working recommended that we come back the next day because they would have more staff to help with the trimming. I really appreciated the candid advice and care given to our pup. We came the next day and they went above and beyond to trim safely while soothing her. It wasn’t a total success but a good start. We will definitely be back.
I am THRILLED with the service my dog received!! I have a 9-year-old rescue who has never had her nails cut because she would absolutely freak out. I considered drugging her, but heard that K9 was good with anxious dogs, so we decided to give it a try. They couldn't have been more understanding, letting her get acclimated and accommodating what would work for her. They had all her nails done in no time with zero trauma!! I am only sorry I didn't find them sooner!!! And, SO reasonably priced - only $10!!
